Lorraine is passionate about assisting people to realise their
full potential through coaching, learning and development initiatives. As Manager,
Professional and Organisational Development Services at the University of Wollongong, Australia, she works closely with both
academic and general staff from a wide range of disciplines and professions. She is an accredited Emotional Intelligence
facilitator and enjoys joining her clients on their personal journeys and their “Ah Ha” moments of discovery.
As a Tri-NamicsTM consultant I have introduced Coaching Triangles
into my organisation as part of a leadership program. This has had fantastic results by deepening the learning in the program
and providing staff with strong support networks and exploration in a safe environment. I am looking forward to extending
the triangles into other aspects of our learning and development strategies.

Carol J. Sutton Cert.ConRes. received a Bachelor’s degree, cum
laude, in public relations from Boston University, College of Communications in 1972 and has
provided service for a variety of national and international companies. In 1982 she earned accreditation (APR) by
the Canadian Public Relations Society; in 2004 she was admitted to the CPRS College of Fellows. Carol holds
two certificates in Conflict Resolution from Justice Institute of BC. As a partner in Maximum Impact Training and Development,
she shares her knowledge and skills with clients who desire to develop their human and organizational capabilities through
leadership, management, team-building and interpersonal initiatives.
As a participant in a Tri-namicsTM coaching triangle I received so
much more than I could ever give back. It was a time when I needed to clarify my goals and objectives for the next stage
of my business development. Through the Tri-namics system, not only was I able to focus on the best path for me, my triangle
partners provided exactly the type and amount of support that I needed to move on. Needless to say, I am very pleased to be

After 10 years of corporate HR experience, spanning 4 continents, Gil Davidson
decided it was time to tackle her next adventure and 2002 saw the birth of Advantage Management Consulting.
Gil launched her professional career with a business administration degree
(B.Bus.Sci.) from the University of Cape Town. She has since developed her skill and knowledge of business through extensive
international Human Resources experience in a broad range of industries in South Africa, New Zealand, Britain and Canada.
In 2003 Gil advanced her coaching skills and graduated from the Coaches
Training Institute(CTI) as a Co-active Coach. Gil chose CTI because of their reputation for the depth and breadth of
their training- a reputation which proved true.
She is an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce and a Founding Past
President of the International Coaches Federation - Okanagan Region
Gil’s
philosophy is one of creating lasting impact through real behavioural change, strengthening companies through the development

John Van Aerde,
MD, MA, PhD, FRCPC Edmonton, Alberta
John has 25 years
of experience as a Neonatologist, the first 10 as a clinician-researcher, the next 15 in different leadership roles, including
medical director of several neonatal intensive care units, the Pediatric Home Nutrition Program for Northern Alberta, the
neonatal initiative for Collaborative Practice and Quality Improvement and, Regional director of the Northern Alberta Neonatal
Intensive Care Program. Under his leadership and with the support of a large team, the latter program integrated 115 neonatal
beds and one follow-up clinic in 5 different hospitals under one functional umbrella. He has served on many committees for
regional, provincial and national organizations, including the Alberta Clinician Council, Faculty of Medicine at the University
of Alberta, the Canadian Paediatric Society and, the Canadian Society for Physician Executives.
He holds a PhD
in Medical Sciences, a Master’s degree in Leadership studies and he has published extensively. He teaches at the School
for Leadership studies at Royal Roads University, has 20 years of medico-legal experience and provides consulting services
for a variety of academic and health care organizations.

Deb Tetley joined the University of Wollongong in 2008 as a Professional
Development Consultant within the Professional & Organisational Development Services Unit. Prior to joining the University
Deb was a senior consultant for a large Sydney training organisation providing strategic learning development solutions for
clients.
Deb has been delivering customer service training and conflict management training for the past
12 years. She has facilitated public discussion forums for the NSW Police Service and provided performance coaching services.
